At Strawberry Creative, we strive to deliver the highest quality in every product and service. However, if you’re not satisfied, here’s how we handle returns and refunds:
Custom Products: Since most of our products are made to order (signage, prints, designs), we do not offer refunds once a job has been approved and produced.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and details. We’ll review the issue and either offer a replacement or a partial/full refund, depending on the situation.
Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of confirmation. After this period, cancellation may not be possible if production has begun.
